Priming Roosa Master injector pump

Been working on this IH Farmall 460 diesel and have recently tried starting it. Because all the injector lines were removed and cleaned it has been difficult trying to get the pump going again. The injector pump was not removed and it worked prior to cleaning the lines. Is there a way to prime the pump and get it going again? The pump is a Roosa Master DBG 629. The manual shows a primer in the line from the tank but it isn't there anymore. I used some quick start spray and the engine fired and ran until the vapors were gone but it wasn't sufficient to get the pump started. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Roosa pumps are self bleeding, but on the glow plug engines I leave the plugs out so the engine cranks faster. With all the lines loose at injectors crank until fuel is seen at each injector, then tighten all lines. Then crank again until you have air/fuel mist coming out each glow plug port, install plugs and start engine. If you never see pump get fuel to the injectors it may have stuck plungers inside if it has set awhile, I've seen that problem a lot lately..
