Prince hydraulic control valves

Anyone have experience with them? Are they junk? Are the ok?
I found one that is the correct GPM and configuration that I want for about $150. 2 spool, spring center.

I believe I will either need to rebuild my control valves on my "new" loader, buy a new set. I am leaning towards buying new, as I am not sure what the spooler bodies look like yet.

Comments?

"Prince" is an old-standby hydraulic brand, and the valve is unlikely to be "junk".

Thanks Bob, I agree. I recognize the name, which is why I am thinking of going that route. however, this is my first real adventure into ag hydraulics (other than the lift all on my Farmall SM Dad had). I will be the first one to admit when I truly don't know or am wrong..........which is why I put this out for commentary........

These are the Prince stackable valves with power beyond unit. I started out with two valves, now have four. They work great, and you have a lot of flexibility when ordering to get the valve you want/need. They come with levers, which I didn't like, so I made the levers in the pics.

I have 3 of them, a wood splitter single spool, and 2 double spools one on a loader. Seem to work well. I got mine from Surplus hydraulics several years ago for a good price.
