alternator wireing

I have Super M with a one wire alt. Just got it recently. Can someone please tell me how it is supposed to be wired up. I googled it but not getting the info I can fully understand. If there is a place to go to see the actual wireing diagram I would really appreciate it. Just bought a new battery for it it.The old onein it was junk and want to get this right with a new battery.Thanks in advance

This diagram is what you need with two minor changes:
1 - Omit the wiring between the ign switch and the alt #1 terminal, including the warning light(!)
2 - Omit the jumper between the BAT and #2 terminals.

If it is a true one wire and has a black cap on it where 1 & 2 are shown on top of the alternator. Then just omit 1 & 2 from the diagram. Just know that it might need the pulley changed to achieve the correct rpm to excite it.
