IH 3588 steering problems

i have a ih 3588 that the steering completely quit woking as i was making a short turn i noticed one of the hoses going to the right hand steering cylinder quivering real bad . has anyone ever heard of a hydraulic hose colapsing on the inside and not allowing hydraulic fluid through , because thats almost what it seems like it doing thanks in advance

Is it stuck in the hard left position? If anything is blocking the flow beyond steering hand pump, you should hear hydraulic strain when you try turning. Pretty common for the alternating check valve to fail and lock you in a hard left turn. Can be proven or disproven by removing hoses from check valve and connecting them together(front to front and rear to rear hose). Fact is , leave the check valve out for better steering. May drift a little that way but steers easier.
