Raked 10 acres with the BN and old Judson rake last week and the tractor ran steady without a hickup for approx. 4 hours. Shut it off to get a drink and it would not restart. No spark. Tried off and on for about 3 hrs and nothing and then it started. Did the same thing to me last year so I put new points and condensor, rotor and cap and had no more problems until last week. If the coil was getting hot and shorting out wouldn't it cool down enough to start before waiting 3 hrs? New coil approx $60.00 so I would like to be as sure as I can be. Am I on the right track or is there something else I should look for? 12 volt battery and it usually starts right up.Thanks.....Fred
