French diesels

I have been looking at a few variations of tractors and the French diesel SC and 235 also simular have my attention and wonder if any of y'all have any experience with these tractors. Thanks Jimmy.

Was any imported here , can an American SC be inverted to diesel?

Nice tractor, Has Perkins diesel IIRC. also has a real 3 point hitch and hydraulic controls for it.

Really neat machine. I wonder if there is any hp left over to do any work after spinning that injection pump. That pump is nearly the size of the motor. Size wise it looks like one that would be on a big Case tractor 504 cubic inch motor - LOL.

Jim will that engine fit an American made SC ?

I believe, but do not have experience, that the front bolster is unique to the engine. There is probably a rear engine plate as well. The air cleaner and hood are modified as well. Anything is possible. Money is the limiting factor. The real 3 point and uilt in rear lift is also unique. Jim
