Farmall 1947 b n head gasket?

My b n don't have a water pump, was told this one is different Thant the water pump one . This one is 3.25 bore. Do the take a different head gasket. Thanks

A 3.25 bore is not stock. There are cast in engine size marks near the oil filter on the block. To have that bore, it would need to be a more recent block, or it would need to have major machining done to the block. The original 113cid engine will probably not have the CID marks noted above. The water pump gasket is different than the thermosiphon (no WP) gasket. The issue is going to be getting solid information on what block it has. Jim

I agree with Jim we would.need casting numbers on the block to clarify what you have .

Where is the difference head or block i have a late block that will take the 3.25 sleeve and the water port in the head and block is the same as a 113 block

Well gene it could be the same but I thought it maybe one of those u2 engines or who knows without numbers maybe you can tell how the oversize sleeves got in the engine as I don't know .

The ones with a pump have smaller holes in the water jacket passages.

Bottom of the block where the o-rings go is bored out bigger to accept the 3 1/4 sleeves doesent need much
