of course the first thing i did was break it,twice...whats the secret ,,not a jaw puller...now what..if i ever get off,how do get back on..espeacially a different one....thanks dewy

Bet it is like the pulley on the A and B which are press fit pulleys so you need to make a special puller. I took 2 pieces of 1/2 inch plate and cut a U shape in each and then drilled bolt holes in them. The U shape is just big enough to fit under the pulley so you can then use a puller on those plates.

Here's a puller using a bottle jack or hydraulic ram made by Bigdog. Some sketches too. Use 3/4 all-thread. Hal

like Old and El Toro said,
or if there is a friendly tractor garage around,
you can borrow/rent their giant puller and equally giant bearing splitter to go behind the pulley.
even then....big torque on the puller wrench...

One of my Farmall pet peeves...
looking in the cradle of a fully assembled C/SC...
where is it going to go?..lol
a slight press fit would have been fine..not the crazy tight one used.

There is a threaded hole in the end of the crankshaft. You use that and a bolt or threaded rod to pull the pulley back on. A big socket and washer can be use to bear against the pulley. Warm the pulley first to expand it and make the installation easier. I hope you did not damage the hole in the crankshaft with the jaw puller.
