TD40 Head Bolts Torque

Hi, Just putting the head back on a TD40 engine that I have finished doing up and was wondering what to torque the head bolts down to. I have an old service manual for these engines but it only says to tighten them up tight. (I assume this was the era before torque wrenches). I have installed a new head gasket I had made and have annealed the copper fire rings. I suppose what I was really wanting to know was what have other people tightened them down to - with success?

My brothers TD-18 head bolts were 208.
