Super C Hydraulics

I have just completed a rebuild of the Touch Control reservoir on a Super C, which seems to have solved most of the hydraulic issues I was having ... Except: the fast hitch still moves down too slowly with very little down pressure. Anyone have an idea what could be preventing down-pressure?

There is a retarder in the line by the seat mount it is there to stop things from dropping down fast

It's that little valve in front of the seat. I got rear tired of mine taking a half of day to lower it and drilled I think 2 of the holes a little bigger, now it drops just a little slower than it raises, works good.

Ok, thanks, I will take a look at that valve. I haven't had that apart yet.
