350 TA pressure plate

The ear on the TA pressure plate that holds the pivot pin for the clutch lever broke off. You can see the shiny pin
rather than the cast iron... This makes the TA clutch drag and it is hard to change gears if there is any load on the
transmission.

I know the pressure plate has to be changed, but is there a short term workaround for this problem ?

Thanks

Maybe some sort of a notched out angle iron bolted to the two pressure plate bolts. With a tab sticking out holding the pin down. This will only work if there is a good part of the pin hole left as A groove to hold the pin in. Not sure how out of balance it would throw things. This is a "at your own risk" suggestion.

I must recommend you not start the tractor. The loose finger could explode and ruin your day. If it were an impossible to find part, I would say it could be removed and repaired, but it is a common part. The issue is splitting the tractor to get it fixed. Kevin Meier on here sells good TA parts. Jim
