I rebuild my own as well. I can rebuild yours for you if you would like, but they are pretty simple. Beadblast everything and make sure all the little holes and passageways are clean, install a new float, needle & seat, and make new gaskets and you are good to go. I get new cork floats and needle & seat from Rice and make my own gaskets.

If the center suction stem is bad, I think Fordson House has them for the 15-30 carburetor. (YT doesn't have parts for a tractor that old).

We had to replace the suction stem in our carburetor on our Farmall Regular... also a brass snail shell style carburetor, only smaller sized. It was rusted out.

If you would be willing to clean up and rebuild it I'd be more then happy to pay you carbs are not my strong point especially not a fragile brass one I'm not concerned with the water injection as this will be a show tractor and i'll never use it just need it to look alil better and work... Would you have any suggestions for repairs to my intake/exaust manifold my intake ports are in great shape but all my exaust ports are really rough and don't seal well at all and I know welding cast an milling is a tricky task I wasn't sure if doubling up the gaskets would maybe be an easy cure since there so thick.
