Ok. that looks like the the forerunner to the 58, is what i had, try to find a 54,56, or a 58 planter, that part look's like its the same, The 56 is a 6 row etc !

OK, I looked up the part number of the bottom (625 283 R1). The only gear I find matched up with that bottom is 3567A. It is an 18-tooth gear, common to many fertilizer units. That should be the gear you need. Check your tooth count. With 4 of those gears, you should be able to read the number on one of them.

(quoted from post at 11:07:04 05/24/15) Isnt that the same style of gear, that they use on the seed box, too ? that's what i was thinking of.
Similar to some seed box gears. IH had multiple styles of seed hoppers with different drive mechanisms. The fertilizer gear has slots. The drive pin of the fertilizer wheel fits into that slot. (Both the slots and drive pin can be seen in Klyde's second picture.) I don't think that aspect of the drive mechanism was shared with any seed drive. So although similar, I don't think this exact gear was shared with a seed box.
