It is. Like I say I know the owner, have run it and it's as described. He picked it up cheap as partial payment for a job he did and has no need of it. He tried seeing it locally just couldn't find a buyer, no interest.

Where do you get a muffler like that? If I had one of those, I could get into a couple of my sheds without stopping to take the muffler off before busting it off.
 
Those mufflers were common on self propelled windrowers / swathers, mostly with the air cooled Wisconsin engines. Most farm stores and machinery dealerships will have a muffler catalog where you can match up a "lay down" muffler with the correct inlet pipe.
