farmall 200 hydraulic issues again

i have still not figured this tractor out. i have taken the touch control housing off and there is nothing wrong with it. again hydraulics suddenly stopped working. i ve looked over the whole hydro ststem and cannot find the problem. please help.
 
Are you sure that trash isn't present at any port or valve
, there are places inside to hold debris .

Pressure checking is about the only way to diagnose the real situation. If no pressure, the situation is either the pump is actually not turning (drive to pump gears, or from shaft to pump gear) or no supply of hydraulic fluid to the pump. Drive the tractor into a ditch so the front is 15 inches below the rear, put 15 psi into the reservoir with a hand pump, and run it moving the levers to bleed air. or the pressure relief valve is open.
