F-12 update...Heisler overdrive

I installed my Heisler overdrive on the F-12 last night. I've been taking it out driving through some pasture and crop ground behind my house. I still have yet to get my 40" rear tires purchased so I'm running on steel. Let's just say it's made for a wild ride!!
I took my GPS out to see what speeds I'm getting. Everything is exactly what I had figured from the posted speeds books. With the overdrive in high 1st gear is running 5 mph 2nd 8-9 mph and 3rd 14-15 mph.
I expect these numbers to be a little higher when I get the tires and I'm on pavement and not running through mud. The tractor isn't lacking for power at all and I still have yet to try some modifications to my carb and tweak my throttle linkage some.

I am putting a heisler overdrive together for my f-12, all new bearings, seals and also had to buildup the shifting fork buttons.
Is yours a 2 to 1 or a 2.3 to 1 ratio? I have the 2 to 1.

2.3 to 1. I also have the K code rear which has the 7 mph 3rd gear. Just a heads up...I had to use a lot of shims to get the gear mesh right when I installed mine. Lucky I had plenty of extra shims from parts tractors. Before I installed the OD there was a little gear whine. Now when running on the Low side there's almost no gear noise. With it running in high there's a rather loud whine. I may experiment with some different gear lubes. Anyone have any suggestions or is this just the nature of the beast?
 

I know of a farmer who added a truck transmission to his F-12. He had to extend the frame a little to make it work. This gave him more speeds to select from.
