Lower bolster bushing on H

What's the best way to get the lower bushing on H steering bolster shaft? And best way to drive it in. Thanks DTK.

I just did one last week.

I take a rounded punch and grind one side sharp and get it started between bushing and bolster casting and it will peel right out after several times hitting hith a hammer.

To install: I take a heavy piece of flat steel and tap the new bushing in place makeing sure that hole is lined up with grase fitting.

I made a puller to pull them in on M's. I couldn't get the M bushing to drive in with a plate and hammer.
