424 IH tractor hydraulic leak

This 424 has a leak . I will include a picture. It is to
the left of where the top link hooks up. Is there a
seal that needs to be changed . If so do I just pop
that one out and put a new one in.

I am not sure if seal can be replaced from exterior.
