Was the turbo a factory install, or a aftermarket item? If after market, what company sold them?

Keystone Turbo L.L.C. 2128 Dayton-Smicksburg Road, Smicksburg PA 16256, 814-257-8506. Installed it this winter takes some adjusting on carb. and changing the timing.
