super A pto

I have a 1953 super A the pto is on left side looking from the back. Can I use modern lmplements like a finishing mower on it.

It puts pro drive lines at a bad angle , but yes it will
pull them you may have u joint problems though , I have
pull type mowers that can be set in line with pto , or
belly mount is another option . This is my opinion hope it
ain't to stinky for you .

Yes you can.
Woods mowers and maybe other brands offer a kit to install finishing mowers to your particular tractor.

Those A's work well with a Woods 59 belly mower. The do a very nice job of yard mowing and it
isn't heavy enough to cause trouble with ruts.
