My cub sat up over the winter and now the clutch is stuck..It will pull but won't disengage..And body got any tricks to get this clutch disengaging when I push the pedal in? It worked find Last time I used it in the fall but now it won't disengage...
Thanks

Roll it outside and block down the clutch. Aim it to an open area so as to not worry about stopping. Start it in 2nd gear and use the brakes to slow it from full throttle. Be safe. Jim

I wanna be sure i understand...so are you saying hold or block the clutch pedal down and put it in second gear...jump on and start it up in second gear with clutch down and ride the brake and try to get the clutch to break loose?

Clarification: With the clutch fully depressed start the tractor in 2nd gear (or 3rd as I prefer...). Once underway, open the throttle wide and ride the brakes to break the clutch loose.

Thanks everybody! Got her!! The clutch pedal has a little bit of adjustment so I adjusted so I had a full pedal and set the throttle at a idle . Then without the engine running I put it in first gear and started it up in 1st gear slammed to 2nd then 3rd and then put the throttle wide open and kept the clutch pedal down and kept almost stalling the engine with the brake until she gave it up! Thanks again!!
