I have a B275 diesel engine and I am looking for a wiring kit to connect the glow plugs in series. Tractor year is early 1960. Can anyone help?

On a B275 that I owned, it used brass links with eyelets on the ends
to loop across the glow plugs. You might be able to find the links
from somewhere that sells used parts, like Bates Corp in Indiana or
Wenger's in PA. You could also make a harness with some heavy gauge
copper wire like 10 gauge THHN and heavy duty crimp on ring connectors. The last glow
plug wires to ground near the front of the engine.

check out porchelectric06 on ebay they will have almost anything you need. Send him a message and he'll put it up on ebay for you if they have it. very good quality too.

I am assuming that when you convert to the Bosch glow plugs you don't need to rum a separate ground, is that right Jim?

Plugs are voltage sensitive. Usually either 12volt Nominal or a fraction of that based on the number of cylinders. I can find glow plugs from Bosch for a vide variety of vehicles. As such it is a design thing. Jim

Can I use many strand #10 wire in lou of solid core wire.

Switch them to Bosch Duraterms from RockAuto for $50.84 and eliminate all the series wiring complications.

Hate to hijack a thread, but I am lost on my GP's. Brand new Bosch 80003. They fit good but the external thread is a little shorter than stock. But you can manage to get the insulator, wire and nut on. Would like to know the order. I guess I should have paid better attention when I took it apart. I have picture from the manual and it looks like the middle two cylinder the wire in on the outside of the insulators and the outside cylinders are to the inside. I think that is weird.
