656 part needed or where to find

On the early 656 on the axle there is a spacer. So the one I am working on had a bad spacer and so far we have not been able to find it. In the I-T manual fig 214 it is part #4. Case/IH dealer parts guy so far can not even find it in his parts break down. Scrap yards in the area have not found it. So any help would be nice.

Seems odd to me that the parts guy at IH can not find it but the I-T manual shows it. Wish I could find out where the serial number break is for that part

Old I checked with the man at the salvage place and his parts illustration doesn't show a spacer for the 656 except on the Hi-crop drop box. Is there any way you could scan the IT manual picture and
put it here or email it?

Do not know what it is for I just know it has one and the one on the left side is bad/broken so I need to find one before I can put it back together.
