Hello. I bought a Cub that had a stuck governor awhile back. Got it unstuck with Liquid Wrench and working it back and forth. The throttle responds well but wants to surge or hunt after throttle changes. Putting my finger on the gov. rod to carb stops it until the next change of the throttle. Any ideas? Thanks, Mike.
