It's next to impossible to find good wire but rolls do show up on ebay and other auction site from time to time. Rusty wire will break when you try to use it. Also the wire will need to be the correct spacing for your row width.

Old farm auctions. Nobody makes it anymore because check row planting has been obsolete for about 50 years.

You could probably make your own, though. Wire is wire. Maybe you could turn this into a cottage industry?
