So finally got it in the shop which was no fun since it would not move on its own. Got the oil drained in the rear end and found that it has only 2 bolts holding the ring gear in place and all the others are broke/gone. Any chance I can fix it by replacing all the bolts and then adjusting the ring and pinion or is there a good chance the pinion gear has missing teeth. The ring gear look to be good?? Been working on pulling the top plate/cover off and boy it looks to not be a fun thing to do. Lots of hyd lines to remove and then there is the transmission shifter to unhook etc. This is a 5 speed by the way. So any one who can throw in some info would be nice. I do have the I-T manual but it does not really fill in the blanks well.
