Well, here is MY problem. We have a 706 that had a wide front. put a loader on. We are using forks to move/load big round bales ect. We decided that a narrow front would be more nimble, so we had a spare for an M. Worked OK, but the rivets on the rims were hard on the tubes. So we took the hubs off the M front and put the six bolt 706 hubs on. The inner bearings did not fit right, but the nut went on! So now we are needing to replace the bearings. We have a set that will work for the outside. The inside is our issue. The M spindle measures 1.687". The 706 spindle is .093" larger (1.781") Is their a conversion bearing for the inner set?

If you have a bearing house nearby with a decent counter guy he should be able to find one.
Take both old bearings with you so he can measure diameter and taper.
