F-12 Flywheel Ring Gear

Reaching out to the experts here. I have an F-14 with an electric start option installed on it. I have bought another electric start option for one of my F-12's. Unfortunately the ring gear is the wrong one. Someone had installed a 122 tooth gear on the flywheel and it is totally unusable. The starter is a 10 tooth so I know that is correct and it will not work with a 122 tooth gear. It is supposed to be a 96 tooth according to the F-14. I just spent three hours looking on the Internet for a ring gear and the only thing I can come up with is a Willys Jeep ring with 97 teeth. Would this work? Do any of you know where I can get a new/used ring gear? I even looked in the archives on this site and couldn't come up with anything. Any thoughts/info appreciated.

Dave,on my F14 I have a orginial ring gear, with a,A,B,C starter, the gears are so close but I don't think there exactly right.A good friend that collects F series with starters only gave me some advice.Drill the starter mounting holes one size larger than they are, when mounting starter lift the starter away from the flywheel. This will never hurt the ring gear as long as you own the tractor. It works perfect
