Where I pull we are allowed 10% over factory rpm, it's turning 1600 wanting to get it to 1760, can somone tell me how or point me to an article any help would be great this thing is all new to me grew up with Oliver's whites waukehas and hercules

remove the governor side cover and advance to wide open throttle and you will see which screw to turn in.
 
You should buy a Manuel as it will come in handy many times , I should also
warn you that I run a farmall M over specs.and most here say it will make a
big hole in the block . Mine hasn't .
 
I am not a puller. Before you go to work I thought I would mention factory RPM for that tractor is 1450. 1450 plus 10% is 1595 Rpm so you are already at the limit. Clubs have charts for most tractors.
