cam thrust plate for an H.

Need a camshaft thrust plate for my Uncle's '39 H. Its missing. I see one on EBAy for $20, but Im stubborn and somewhat cheap and thought I could just make one on my old Bridgeport. Anyone have an old one they could measure ? Looking for the thickness, and the Hole diameter. The rest I could figure out. Are they hardened ?

they are made from very hard steel , dont think id trust one that was home made, unless you know what your doing when it comes to hardness & tempering

Yes, they are hardened, precision ground and polished. Better just spend the $20, you can't make one yourself for that.
