1486 oil pressure sending unit

I have a 1486 that needs the oil pressure sending unit that runs the digital tach. I know this can be purchased at an auto parts store, as we have done this once before. Does anyone know what a part number would be for this? Napa, Echlin, or others?

Just tell the parts store you need an oil sending unit for an old Chevy with the idiot light. All it amounts to is a simple contact switch.

Typically, diesels use a heavier-duty unit, but IIRC, the one you are looking for looks like the photo below, with push-on terminals.

Standard ignition PS-135. Any autoparts store should be able to get that or cross it to their brand.
