I have recently bought a nice used 1486. I went to hook it up to the field cultivator and the hydraulic lines wouldn't hook up. It seems like the male end on the field cultivator side is too big to fit into the end on the tractor. The male ends on the field cultivator are pioneer ends. I have no idea what the female couplers are on the tractor. I would like to switch out the female ends on the tractor. How hard of of job is this? Can I just switch ends? or do I need to replace the bank of Hydraulic couplers on the back of the tractor? This tractor has 3 remotes on it, meaning I would have 3 banks to replace. I am hoping that I can replace just the coupler ends inside each bank. Please help me if you can. Thanks!!
