rebuilt valve.. when i took off cap ,spring and washers feel out..no snap ring...removed plunger, piston ,dont know tecnical name..had two orings in middle of plunger...found some alittle tight,but got together...put snap ring and spring back together...valve feels good now...when i drained oil it was milky looking.i have already changed oil not to long ago..been setting up a long time until 6 months ago..the tractor.......anyways filled back up and run and test front and rear hydralics,works...checked oil and milkly again,i drained it and it was warm,turned tractor on and moved fr. and rear hydro and turn off...blow out a little more oil... filled back up , looked cleaner when full and then i moved fr, and rear hydro an could see the milk cumming back....WHATS going on....THANKS YALL........dewy
 
You had air in the system when you took it apart and now its suspended in the oil now see what it looks like tommorow you have moved the rockshafts back and forth correct.
 
As Gene said, air in the system remember to leave fill cap off while cycling the systems ( all of the Hydraulic levers numerous time) to try and remove any air-- then oil level should be an ich or so below lip of fill opening
