We have a 114A McCormick Cotton Picker and I can't find the Emblems that go on it so I am making them. It Has this emblem on it and I can't see what is below the 114A. does anyone have any idea what it might be, Thanks

The decal is on each end of the water tank for the spindle cleaner solution. The bottom portion of the decal is black and has the words "Cotton Picker" one above the other and centered. It was the same color as the top portion with fonts about 3/4 to 1 inch tall. I may have a manual or other literature in the shop. A dealer with old literature may be a help. Try IH Archives at Wisconsin Historical Society. There may be a photo. Where are you located? I have a 114A as well and may be interested in decals if you produce more than 2.

The decal I am referring to is a white 8" circle on left side of basket, not the dump side. It has No. over 114A and there is something written below in the circle.

I have looked through my files for a 114A and only found a list of parts to mount the picker to a tractor. I believe that you have a repaint job where someone put decals where they thought the factory should have placed them. No literature I found has any decal on the basket close to the hinge, not even the "McCormick" on any model. I hold to my first email that the "Cotton Picker" is the proper words on your decal and I base this on a 220A image I found.

I looked closer to my old 114A and did find where a decal was in the same place as yours. It had been painted over with a brush and far from readable. I still believe it is the same as the water tank decal and the 220A but with 114A decal; "Cotton Picker" being the wording.
