Farmall F20 head

I have a Farmall F 20 with a cracked head and the casting number on the head is 414 D. I was looking in a magazine for a new head and found a Farmall regular head with the same casting number.are the heads the same head? They have the same casting number so I'm assuming they are the same. You're input would be appreciated thank you.

Where is the crack ? If it is just cracked in the center by the water passage I wouldn't get too worried, almost everyone I have seen is cracked there . No pressure on the cooling system so unless it is cracked in the combustion chamber area or in a port I wouldn't worry about it. I think the heads from a Regular and F-20 will interchange , especially if the same casting number . The late F-20 used V-belt fan and had 3 bosses on the front with holes that the fan mounted to instead of the big stud that the flat belt fan used. Post a picture of the crack if you can and we can give you a better opinion.
