Farmall 460 vaporizer - Please HELP!

I have a Farmall 460 LP powered tractor, with a large amount of sentimental attachment. Unfortunately it's been sitting for a long time and the vaporizer gaskets are shot, i'm bleeding propane into my coolant lines. I have been in contact with every Case IH dealer I can find, and have only gotten as far as "all those parts are discontinued." I haven't been able to find much online, and I am starting to lose hope. I know on some other forums on here people have mentioned a guy down in Oklahoma, but didn't seem to know if he was still in business at the time, and those posts were already a couple years old. I don't know much about these (cars are more my area of expertise), I believe it is an Ensign vaporizer, and it sounds like they've been out of business since before I was born. Any help would be greatly appreciated, the tractor was my dad's before he passed away and i'd hate to lose it due to such a small discontinued part.

try going to a forklift dealer.I have been able to
find most everything at the local clark dealer even
for very old stuff.

Throw all the Ensign stuff away, it wasn't too good
to begin with anyway. Century probably makes
something that will be an exact fit. Fork lift
places & LPG dealers are a good place to start
looking. We replaced the ensign junk on my Dad's
factory '53 LPG SM in about 1963 or so. Century
had everything that was necessary. After
replacement, it ran better than it ever did. (My
$0.02 worth. jal-SD)

Are you sure its Ensign My 806 L.P. has Century on vaporizer and ensign on carb.
Keep Ensign if that is what you have its more collectible then Century and besides Century has been discontinued also.
Contact Welters Supply in Verona Mo. They are a Minneapolis Moline supplier but very knowledgeable in Ensign & propane Eq. repair.
They will take care of you .They prefer M.M. but a little nice asking and they will do it .
Very Honest & reasonable people to confide in.
They have done several for me.

All propane converters were built by outside vendors so please check and see what brand and model of converter it has. One of the best places I have found for propane parts it propanecarbs.com If they don't have a kit for your original converter, they should be able to set you up with a suitable replacement converter. Hope this helps.

Thank you all so much for the help! After doing a little more research it actually is a Century vaporizer and an Ensign carb (my fault, I assumed original equipment). A quick internet search and I found a rebuild kit for it. I really do appreciate all the help!

The source in Oklahoma for Ensign rebuild kits is Herman Everhart. He has actually passed away but his wife still makes and sells the kits. I have been very satisfied with mine.
