I was going to get Firestone 15.5 x 38 23 deg SAT
11 (already have on my 450 and they are great) but
was wondering what other tires have good traction
with the lugs close to the same as Firestone's
less money would be great.

I have some Harvest King that looks almost exactly like a Firestone. LOTS cheaper.Just bought an 18.4x38.I'm sure 15.5 would be similarly cheaper

Bud, Have you considered Titan brand? I put two 15.5x38 on my widened rims for the M. The lugs are very deep and the Titans were less expensive that two 13.6x38 Firestones I have on the SMTA. Ellis

I just purchased a new set of Alliance 15.5 x 38 8 ply from Riley Park Tire in Greenfield In for 950 for the pair out the door. This tire has the old B F Goodrich tread. Good looking tread. Put them on my SMTA that I just finished redoing. Larry
