1967 cub low boy

I have a cub with belly mower I am restoring. the piston that works the lift arms on the hydraulic touch control is leaking when you raise the lift. how big a job to replace the seal on the piston where can I find parts for the unit? Any help would be appreciated. thanks

The technical term for that unit is Touch Control, and parts are widely available at any CaseIH dealer, as a complete rebuild kit.

Beware that there are two different styles of unit, so make sure you get the part number off the main casting before you go to the dealer to get the kit.

If you're going to replace that piston seal, you're going to have to remove the unit from the tractor, so that is a good time to pull the thing apart, clean it out, and put the whole kit in. Make sure you work in a CLEAN environment with lots of rags.
