Anyone know a good source for stabilizer bars/struts? I see a couple of adjustable after-market models advertised. Anyone have any experience with them? Thanks.

I have a 424, and it had the stay chains INSIDE the hitch arms. I carry a 9' sickle mower on the 3-point, and they let it flop around too much.

I bought a set of bars and mounts for an 8N Ford at TSC, and modded them considerably to fit, and am well satisfied with how the project turned out.

Here's a few photos from a couple of years ago, sorry I don't have a closer-up view of the axle attaching points saved.

Question for you guys - does your seat have any kind of suspension under it? I have a 2424, and the seat just sits right on top of the frame. the only cushioning is the seat cushion. I always wondered if the ag tractors had something a little softer under them that I could retro-fit to my industrial tractor. And I did the same for stabilizer bars, except my bar and the axle plate were homemade - but they've held up for almost 30 years.
