Super h engine valve lift

GSS-5032 is the factory shop manual for "H and 4 Series Tractors and Power Units".

As an example, someone has a reprint on ebay (auction #121515662504).

Thank you I have the 4 cylinder carbureted engine firm ISS-1039-1 printed in April 1977 and could not find it in it

Looked at the last SH cam I checked. Used cam, valve lash .019 cold. Valve lift .366 to .371. Cam lobe lift .240. Cam number 43962DC.
Could it be the gss5032 manual doesn't cover a c-164 engine or past a H engine?
Don't have that manual to look.

I do not know if the rocker arms have a ratio, if so cam specs need to be multiplied by these to find valve lift.

Has no separate listing for super H.

(quoted from post at 15:19:02 12/19/14) I do not know if the rocker arms have a ratio, if so cam specs need to be multiplied by these to find valve lift.
If someone wanted to do the math they could figure out the approximate rocker arm ratio using the cam lobe lift and valve lift numbers I posted. Valve opening was measured with a dowel indicator contacting the top of spring retainers. Would think if I added the .019 valve to rocker clearance to valve lift it would tell me real real close what the rocker ratio was on the measured valve.
Camshaft number I posted is the same cam as part number 49900DCX in parts book. If its a later print parts book or IH on the line lookup the part number will show 49900DDX. IH didn't use the 49900DD until 350 production was already underway. Then used as a replacement cam for previous models. Difference between a DC and DD cam was the cam gear retaining threads, right on DC and left on DD.
This was a used cam so may have some wear. Think I remember seeing that the specs said .270 lift somewhere when new. Can't be sure on that though.

The ratio should be the ratio of the pushrod to pivot and valve to pivot differences. I think the ones on my MH44 are either 1.25 or 1.5, would have to go back and look.
