Looking for a 450 T/A main lever arm and rods

I've been searching for awhile for the TA lever, mount and rod that goes forward to the clutch arms.

Anyone have those parts available that can ship to Canada via USPS?

I have the whole thing from a 656 but im not sure that is the same as the 450.
