Does the fluid for the pump come from the rearend and trans? If so will I need to run hytran in the rear end? I just bought a 240 an it has 80-90 in the rear and it is milky so I drainend it. The 2 point was a little jerky also. Any help would be great.

i have a 240 utility, the hydraulics run hy-tran. the fill for it is on the left side of the tractor, forward of the operator platform on the top of the torque tube if i remember correctly. i have a manual around here somewhere, i'll see if i can find it and post back.

If the Farmall is like the International Utility, and I think it is, the fluid is in the section ahead of the rear end. Filler plug is directly opposite the starter, I think an 1 1/8" plug.
