Power Steering component identification

Today I started my IH 560D and I realized a good leak coming from the power steering just above the front left tire. It looks like a distributor block of some kind that the power steering lines go into then to either side of the power steering piston. My question is what is this little "distributor" block? What do I call it so I can find one?

It seems to be leaking out of the front most freeze plug looking port. Has anyone else had this issue with their 560?

The little block is the control valve, take it of and replace the seals.

There is also lines above it and under the radiator that could be dripping down.

I had mine off a year ago and do not remember a freeze plug on it.

Steering control valve. That little plug is held in with a snap ring and a o-ring behind it. Usually a shock load that pops it like hitting a rut at just the wrong time.
