I need a distributor hold down clamp (M/SM) IH distributor

Hey.

Installed a new coil on the Super M the other night and notice the INNER distributor hold down is missing. It has been like this for awhile,but I want to add the other one to just make sure. Probably the same as an H as well??? I do not have any in my parts collection.

Anybody have one they will sell? I will take care of cost/shipping fees.

ha! amazing, I need one too. I have a super H and the inside bolt and bracket are missing. It has been that way for a very long time, never knew it wasn't there. I would buy one too
 
They are still available new - I just got one from Case for my H as the one I had would fall off when unhooked from the cap. It doesn't make for much of an order unless there is other stuff you need.
 
Farmers option. Throw inner one away as they don't have the half moon wrench to get at it. And, also, any tractor with the tachometer attachment, that clamp can be fun to get the bolt started. I ran into one this summer that way, soooooooooooooo, I figured good enough for them, good enough for me. My own would get the second clamp though.
 
One is all you need. Most automotive distributors only had one.

Dad ran a tractor repair shop for years. If he removed the distributor for any reason the inner clamp was removed and put in the tool box.
