I'm pretty sure a Super C has an inner and outer seal on each axle, If the outer is leaking the inner was leaking first.

Inner & outer seal plus retainer cap gasket.
Axle housing must be removed. That may require the top cover to come off to remove the bull gear from the end of the axle. Some folks have tried working through the PTO opening to remove the axle retaining bolt & washer. That can be frustrating.
Get an engine hoist/gantry & have at it. The hoist works well to assist in wheel removal especially with wheel weights attached.

Outer is easy.

Remove tire and wheel, remove bolt cap covers and
seal, gasket, and felt are easily accessible.

Inner is a project and a half.
Top cover must come off, although rumor has it it can be done
through the PTO hole after removing PTO. Axle retainer bolts
come off, axle housing can now be removed from trans case,
bull gear will drop into bottom of case. More than likely the
axle will be grooved where inner seal used to seal. It's been
leaking long enough for outer seal to fail. That will need to be
welded up and turned or speedy sleeve installed. Outer seal
surface is probably grooved also. Maybe it's 2 projects to get it
done "right".

I personally just replaced the outer seals, felts, and gaskets
then pumped them full of fresh grease. So far they havent
leaked.
