solenoid for a Lowboy 184

I need to buy a starter solenoid for my Lowboy 184. The various electrical diagrams and parts lists I find don't even show one so I can't come up with a part number.I'm assuming I need one listed for 12 v since I have a 12 volt system but all the 12 volt ones I see are designed to fit on the starter and mine mounts to a flat panel. Only the 6 v ones seem to mount on a flat surface. I don't have a parts manual yet as I've been thinking the on line diagrams would be enough but maybe I need to get one.

Take your solenoid into NAPA or Car Quest and they will match it up. You can also buy American made from EBAY.

Hamilton Bobs has them. $28 bucks. Don't know why I didn't think of him sooner!
