Utility 300 chokes down

My 300 Utility cranks good and runs pretty well until I drive on ground where left side is higher than the right. It chokes down, almost like it's out of gas. Then after it dies, I can crank again and move it to where it is level and it will run ok. I cleaned the gas tank, but no luck.

To eliminate or confirm a fuel flow problem. With plenty of fuel in the tank remove the carburetor bowl drain plug on level ground and check the flow. Make the left side higher and check the flow. If flow is different than level check the float operation. bent or leaking on one side, rubbing the bowl someplace or a problem at the hinge. Shut fuel off before removing drain plug then turn valve back on when testing.

My Super MTA did that, the pin that the float pivot's on, had vibrated out ,about 1/5 of the way. !!
