Christmas Tree Valve question

I have a valve that I would like to replace the O-Ring in.

The CIH parts look up list two different valves, one for the counter shaft driven pump and one for the engine driven pump.

It looks like the engine driven on had a plug in the front where the one for the counter shaft didn't. I'm guessing it's nothing more then the the engine driven version is newer BUT that's what my question is about.

I have the engine driven style valve with the plug in the front. The parts break down does not list the internal parts so no part number for the O-Ring. The counter shaft version however does list the O-Ring.

So...are they the same internally?

Other then that extra plug in the front they look identical.

On the exploded valve look at the valve number on the first line and then the number 9 housing and spool and the number it says to use for a replacement. Then look at the engine driven pump valve number 20. Can you see both the countershaft liftall and the engine driven liftall list the same basic valve number and the parts shown on the countershaft driven remote control valve work for the other one?
