been use the fast hitch a lot the last couple of weeks and been noticing when I pull down on the lever to let the hitch go down it drops it really fast! and it slams what ever is on the back (mostly a bush hog) in to the ground to were im cutting dirt! is there any values that need to adjusted so it will stop doing this? thanks

On the top of the cylinder there is (should be) a drop adjusting valve.
362904R91 VALVE, adjustable drop retarding assembly
It is designed to restrict the down flow rate to prevent what is happening to you.
