fast hitch down pressure

just bought a international 460 utility, and wondering if the fast hitch has a float setting or is there always down pressure. Thanks for any info

There should be a pin you can pull under the cylinder.

On the valves under the steering column there should be 3 rods sticking out turn one way is 2 way hyd other way 1 way

The 460 has teledepth valve for hitch therefore there is no single or double action selection on that valve. Pulling the pin on draft control pivot near lower end of cylinder is correct method to eliminate down pressure.
